I work where the plan meets the people.
With over a decade of experience, I've built my career at the intersection of internal communications, knowledge management, and learning design. I specialize in translating complex, high-stakes initiatives into narratives, training, and knowledge systems that land with employees at every level.
I develop the communications strategy that guides employees through change. I design and build the training that turns new tools and processes into confident adoption, from live facilitated sessions to fully interactive multilingual e-learning. And I manage the knowledge infrastructure that makes information findable and trustworthy long after a launch is over.
I've learned that the gap between a plan and a successful launch is almost always about people — what they know, what they're taught, and what they can find later. That's the gap I work in.
For projects, I'm enlisted as the workstream lead for communications, training, and knowledge management. I look at a plan and ask what's missing — then make the case for what needs to happen, and see it through. This often means working alongside stakeholders, senior leaders, project managers, and directors to build the strategy, create the content, and drive it to completion.
Some of the work I'm most proud of: leading the end-to-end communications, training, and knowledge management strategy for an HR platform rollout — building the course content, managing LMS deployment, developing materials across 9+ languages, and driving adoption for 14,000+ employees globally.
My scope has also extended beyond HR. For two years, I reported under the corporate communications function while maintaining my responsibilities for HR. In that expanded role, I handled campaign communications, employee engagement initiatives, and senior leadership content — including speeches and presentations for the procurement function.
The skills behind this work — knowledge architecture, adoption strategy, multilingual accessibility — are increasingly relevant as organizations implement AI tools, since the infrastructure underneath an AI tool determines whether it actually works. I'm also building hands-on AI experience through personal projects. I'm looking for a role — in internal communications, change management, or AI enablement — where this full range is recognized and put to use.
